Vladamir Lenin, Soviet Premier, Dies
Only a few years after his nation's creation, Premier Vladamir Lenin of the Soviet Union has died. Lenin led the revolution against the Tzar in Russia and formed the nation of the Soviet Union in 1921. Lenin died of natural causes and has been succeded by Joseph Stalin, analysts predict Stalin to actively promote the spread of communism.
Franz Brune, a Socialist, is Elected President of Germany
Following the president set by France in 1920, a socialist had been electedn as the President of Germany. Franz Brune compaigned on a platform of innovative ideas to confront daunting debt issues.
Hans Van Der Broek, a Conservative, is elected Prime minister of the Netherlands
After the mental breakdown and subsequent mental breakdown of Josef Van Aken, the Dutch parliament has convened to elect a leader. After a short period of time. Hans Van Der Broek, a close ally of Van Aken was elected by a slight majority.
Josef Van Aken resigns after a mental breakdown at an Ajax game
In the midst of Diplomatic talks between Ireland and the Netherlands the resignation of Prime Minister Josef Van Aken comes as a shock. He attended the recent football match between Ajax and PSV with Irish representative Aiden McNally. After a disappointing 2-0 loss for Ajax, Van Aken left his box and ran to the corner of the pitch where he curled up and began sobbing. After extensive consolation by players and staff he departed from the stadium and soon resigned his post. He then commited himself to the Amsterdam Mental Institute. The Dutch Parliament will soon select another leader.

France rejects an alliance with Ireland and declines to recognise Ireland as an independent country
One of only four nations not to recognise the Republic of Ireland, France reaffirmed its anti-Irish positions and praised the Anglo-French alliance that was so effective in the great war. This statement was issued after diplomatic discussions between the countries were cut short. The other nations not to recognise Ireland are Great Brittain, the United States and Switzerland.

William Thompson, a Liberal, is elected Prime Minister of England
Thompson follows the respected and long serving Prime Minister David Lloyd George. Thompson promises labor reforms in the strongly industrialized country. He made it clear that his policy on the fledgling Ireland is no different from Lloyd George's and he would gladly reclaim the country.

Alexandre Millerand, a Socialist, is elected President of France
Millerand, a socialist has pioneered the socialist movement in France and has now reached the highest office. He is expected to bring drastic economic reform to a recovering country.

Josef Van Aken, a Conservative, is elected Prime Minister of the Netherlands
Josef Van Aken a popular conservative politician from Amsterdam has been elected Prime Minister of the Netherlands. Van Aken has taken a strong anti-Belgian position and claims that under his leadership the Netherlands can reclaim Belgian clay.

Friedrich Ebert, a Liberal, is elected President of Germany
In the wake of what is being called the Great War, a new President of Germany has been elected. Ebert a lifelong liberal has preeched perseverence in the face of harsh repricussions imposed on Germany in an effort to inflict punative damage on Germany made by the allies.
